1. Acceptance of the terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website adinhub.com and the AdinHub application (together, the "Service"), provided by Adinhub Solutions, S.L. (Spanish tax ID / CIF B26680603; "AdinHub", "we"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

AdinHub is a platform that lets you create, edit, publish and measure interactive training from content you provide (documents, videos or other materials). The Service is offered to companies, training centers and content creators.

3. Accounts and free trial

To use AdinHub you need to create an account with accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity carried out from your account. We offer a limited-time free trial (currently 14 days); once it ends, access to certain features may require a paid plan.

4. User content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to AdinHub. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to store, process and transform that content solely to provide you the Service (for example, to generate courses and assessments from it). You represent that you hold the necessary rights over the content you upload and that its use does not infringe third-party rights or applicable law.

5. AdinHub's intellectual property

The software, brand, design and other elements owned by AdinHub belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. No rights over them are granted to you other than those necessary to use the Service under these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to infringe third-party rights.
• Do not upload defamatory or malicious content, or content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts or data of other users.
• Do not interfere with the normal operation of the Service (e.g. reverse engineering or technical attacks).

7. Plans, pricing and payments

The commercial terms of paid plans are described on the pricing page or in the commercial proposal we sent you. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically for periods equal to the one contracted, and you may cancel before renewal from your account or by contacting us.

8. Service availability

We work to keep the Service available on a continuous basis, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, improvements or causes beyond our control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AdinHub will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data arising from use of the Service. Our total liability to you, for any cause related to the Service, will not exceed the amount you paid to AdinHub in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or cancel your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or misuse the platform. You may stop using the Service and request cancellation of your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms to reflect legal or Service changes. We will publish the updated version on this page, indicating the last-updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of them.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be subject to the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable law, without prejudice to the rights consumers may have under their local consumer-protection rules.
