Privacy Policy
1. Data controller
The controller responsible for the data collected through this website (adinhub.com) and the AdinHub application is Adinhub Solutions, S.L. (Spanish tax ID / CIF B26680603; "AdinHub", "we"), with offices at Calle Portuetxe, 14 - Ofi 3º, 20018 Donostia/San Sebastián, Gipuzkoa, Spain, and at Sc Puerto, 6, Poblats Marítims, 46024 València, Spain. You can reach us regarding this policy at hello@adinhub.com.
2. What data we collect
- Contact data: name, email, company and phone number, when you fill in the contact form or request a demo/trial.
- Resource downloads: your email and, if you give them, your name and company, when you download a free template; which resource you download and whether you agree to receive news. Your browser remembers your email so you don't have to enter it again for the next download.
- Account data: login credentials, your role within your organization and account settings, when you sign up for the app.
- Content you upload: documents, videos or other materials you upload to AdinHub to generate training, and the resulting courses and assessments.
- Usage data: progress, time spent and results of learners completing courses generated with AdinHub, so we can provide observability of the service.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and language, collected automatically while browsing the site.
- Visit statistics: when you visit the site we record, without cookies, the landing page, the referring website, campaign parameters (UTM), browser, operating system and device type, together with the approximate city, country, time zone and network or organisation derived from your IP. The IP is not stored in our databases: it only appears in the internal visit alert our team receives in Slack, to check that approximate location. We keep a one-way hashed identifier, together with the time of your first and last activity, your number of visits and the landing page and referrer of your recent visits, deleted after 7 days of inactivity and used to tell new visits from repeat ones.
- Usage analytics (only with your consent): if you accept analytics cookies, we use PostHog to record the pages you visit, clicks, scrolling and session recordings in which form fields are hidden, linked to an anonymous identifier. We use them to understand how people navigate the site and improve it. You can withdraw consent at any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer.
3. Purposes of processing
- Handle your contact, demo or free-trial request.
- Handle downloads of free resources and, only if you agree by ticking the box, send you new resources and AdinHub news by email.
- Provide the AdinHub service: creating, editing, publishing and measuring interactive training.
- Manage the contractual relationship and, where applicable, billing.
- Send service-related communications (notices, changes, support).
- Improve the product and keep it secure and functioning correctly.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on: (i) performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps when you request information or purchase the service; (ii) your consent, where applicable (e.g. marketing communications); and (iii) our legitimate interest in maintaining, improving and securing the service.
5. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your data. We may share it with providers acting as data processors that supply technology infrastructure (hosting on Amazon Web Services), approximate IP geolocation (ipapi.is, DB-IP and FreeIPAPI), web analytics on EU servers (PostHog), internal team communication (Slack), communication delivery or support services, always under contract and with the safeguards required by the GDPR. These providers only process data on our instructions.
6. International transfers
Some of our technology providers may involve data transfers outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place (such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect your data.
7. Retention period
We keep your data for as long as there is an active contractual or commercial relationship, and afterwards for the periods required to address possible legal liabilities. Data from unanswered contact requests is deleted after a reasonable period.
8. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by emailing hello@adinhub.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or your local supervisory authority if you believe the processing does not comply with the law.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration.
10. Cookies
Our use of cookies on this site is described in our Cookies Policy.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page. If changes are material, we will notify you through our usual contact channels.
